Calibrador de impedancias(LCR),100MΩ,100π,10H,1MHz

 

Impedance Calibrator has been developed esspecially for calibration of LCR meters. It contains banks of resistance, capacitance and inductance standards of fix values with defined frequency characteristic up to 1 MHz. The calibrator is equipped with memory of history of calibration data and with test signal level meter.

Accuracy: 0.005 % to 0.1 %

Features

  • Resistance standards from 0.1 Ω to 100 MΩ
  • Capacitance standards from 10 pF to 100 μF
  • Simulated inductance standards from 10 μH to 10 H
  • Four pair coaxial terminal connection, four terminal connection, two terminal connection
  • Calibration data from 20 Hz to 1 MHz
  • Interface bus GPIB and RS232 as standard
